Welp, after 5.5yrs and 55000 miles w/ no offroading, it appears my pass 6112 has given up, just leaking all over the place!

I have them set at 1.9 w/ toytec 1.5" shackle and dont want to change the slight rake i currently have.

Do i go 6112 again, donahoes, OME, something else? Mainly street driving w/ camping fireroads a couple times a year. (ie, dont need kings, ha!)

    Whats the current forum favorite?

If not offroading, why not just go 5100's? Cheaper, can maintain ride height, and will be functional.

I'm sure @memario1214 has some stock as well and you might be able to catch a sale still.

You could go real basic and just replace the leaking one. If you like the ride, that would work, or get a new pair and keep the good used one as a spare, and move the coils over onto it.

5100 would require me to get some springs as well, so would have to find a low mileage OEM takeoff, or go aftermarket. From my understanding, 5100 w/ aftermarket springs is not a liked setup here? i have liked the ride of the 6112.

i asked memario about just a single 6112 shock, no spring. well see what he says. my understanding is its only a full setup, pair of shocks/springs w/ the 6112, there are no other options

I saw someone use 5100 lowest setting with eibach spring. But why go back to 2.0 when you already running 2.5.
