That would make some wiring jobs so much easier but man, I just can't get down with that suburban-highschool-kid look having the body and frame separated that far

Have fun with fuel economy and steering. Casper replying above just got rid of his 35s IIRC. He can tell you all the BS and hassle that comes along with it.

But you do you. Looks are super important. ;)

I'm not too worried about the bad gas milage tbh and 37s shouldn't require too much trimming hopefully. A friend of mine had that same setup on the bodylift with 24x14 and 37 and didn't have any problem fitting them.

Cool, be sure to post pics after and a little rundown of the work. I know a few of us will give you hell here, I'm glad you've got a sense of humor.

Street crawler is definitely not my thing, but questions do pop up here from time to time, so having that info here would be super helpful for the next guy looking for the same street crawler look you're gunning for. I'd love to see a few more guys like you around here so you've all got someone to shoot the shit with, swap info, etc.

    14 wide wheels? Stretching tires?

I don't claim to understand the trend, and half inch or so of stretch I think is typical days. Reminds me of what a lot of the VW fanbois were doing 20 years ago, slight stretch and negative camber.

If you want to have some giggles, hit the CO website gallery with 16" and 18" width selected: https://www.customwheeloffset.com/wheel-offset-gallery?wheel_width_from=16*18&sort=yno

More surburban bro-dozers than you probably wanted to see this month :)

Stretching tires is as bad as the stupid Carolina squat. Saw plenty of both last week in Myrtle.

I think that's the rule down here in the SE. The closer you get to the beach, the higher the concentration of bro-dozers. I dunno what it is about salt water and certain car mods. I'm glad I don't live in FL anymore. You're close to the beach everywhere, so they're just ... everywhere!

I say mod your truck how you want to. People are into different things, some want an off road capable rig while others are happy just driving around on pavement.

To each their own, our differences are what make us who we are.

as long as your lbj and oil filter are Toyota brand
