Diff and transfer case are easy. No cool tools required other than a simple oil pump. I haven’t done the power steering… that’s still a year or so away for me.

I used OEM oil in the transfer case. Just didn’t want to go cheap on that.

For the diffs, I got a case of this off Amazon IMG_3837.jpg

The timing of it stuck in my head - my family was emptying enjoying themselves in Montana for 4th of July while I was gone home writhing in pain trying to piss a rock out of my dick.

Ended up cutting roughly 2 acres yesterday. But not 2 acres of nice, flat lawn. It was mostly road frontage, ditches, around culverts, telephone poles, road signs, etc.
It hadn't been cut in a month and we had some rain during that time. So most of it had to be gone over several times. So, I'd say I actually cut about 8 acres. Then went back with the gas trimmer. Most folks don't bother trimming out in the rural areas but I have issues. The town comes through about once per year and cuts the frontage, maybe hose down the road signs and guardrails near creek bridges with industrial strength grass killer, but they do a horrible job. So I try to keep up on it so they'll leave it alone.
6 hrs of cutting and trimming.
I have a really nice sunburn on my knees and forearms.
    I need a support group.

Stayed up too late gaming last night. That always leads to bad sleep. So I’m laying in bed pondering breakfast. I washed the truck last night after the orb of hell passed over the horizon, so just need to wax the trailer. Also need to sharpen a bunch of knives. Then a nap!
