2023 Tundra Melting Qi pad and cup holders

    2023 Toyota Tundra 1794
    Roll n lock automatic tonneau
    The Qi wireless pad and the rear seat cup holder in my 2023 iMax 1794 TRD package has had areas that melted. I live in FLorida but it is odd that these plastic pieces would melt just from ambient temps or cell phone contact.

    anyone else have this happen?

    There's a thread here somewhere people were showing the backside of the rear seat melting at the top by the glass

    I've had exterior parts melt on my '21 Tacoma due to focused sunlight from window reflections.

    Can you share some photos?

    No issues here, have Ceramic Tint all around for whatever that's worth...

    Yeah, I saw that thread. That's wasn't melted, it was manufacturer defect - it came that way but the owner never noticed.
