    I decided to play around with some data this afternoon.

    Pulled info on all the 4-wheel drive 2.5 gen Tundras currently listed on Cars.com and came up with the following. I was unable to filter down by engine type or cab style.

    Happy to share the raw data if anyone else wants it. I have the following data (Trim, Year, Mileage, Price, State).

    1. Price & availability by year and milage (rounded to closest 25,000 miles).

    Observations:
    - The vast majority of trucks for sale are between 12,500 and 87,500 miles. This may be skewed as higher mileage vehicles are not listed on cars.com frequently.
    - Depreciat

    2. Trim Level Pricing:

    Observations:
    - SR models are significantly lower than the rest. TRD Pros top the charts.
    - About half of all available trucks are SR5s

    That's crazy, I highly doubt I'd get that out of my 2019.

    Can you share the raw data? I wouldnt mind doing nerd stuff with it

    See attached.

    Let us know what you come up with. This data was pulled off autotempest.com with the following parameters. From that list, I only scraped the Cars.com section. I had to manually "load more" in the cars.com section until all 2000+ results were visible. I then used this extension ( https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/web-scraper-free-web-scra/jnhgnonknehpejjnehehllkliplmbmhn ) to pull in the data.

    * Location Nationwide
    * Year 2014-2021
    * Milage 123 - 200,200 (lower end to filter out listings with no milage info)
    * Drive Type - 4WD
    * Cylinders - 8

    Thats cool. Thanks for sharing. Not looking to sell and I would likely trade to reduce the tax hit on the replacement, but not bad after 5 years of ownership.

    2018 SR5 with 50,125 miles and I paid $37.5k when new. In this market maybe 5 years is the sweet spot to be able to sell without depreciation. Although I guess you'd have to calculate for inflation and 37k now isn't what it was way back in 2018...

    The formatting in response is rough, I attached a .pdf of some things I thought might be interesting.

    Awesome man. I especially like the Multi-Vari chart. I was trying to do something like this but was struggling to get excel to graph what I had in my head. (snippet below for those who can't be bothered to download)

    Thanks for the info!

    Got my 2016 SR for 20k. Nearest SR5s were all well over 36-38k. I can pick up some fog lights for less than 15 grand so I’m happy with it ha.

    Thanks man - the MV is my bread and butter. I was pretty shocked by the pattern around the 1794, Platinum and the Limited. Any insight into why that might be?

    Looks like most pricing comes down to combination of trim and year. That makes sense, seems like mileage can always be explained on a Toyota with "itll run forever". There is a little noise because the newest platinum's dont have much difference in mileage. Thought this was interesting though.
