Try GooGone and see if that works. If not, there is an automotive adhesive remover made by 3M. AutoZone carries it. Just wax the area after you're done.

Kind of looks like it was shifted side to side to center it when it was installed? :notsure:

I thought so. The shine looked dull to be a factory finish. No pearl in it so it couldn't be Cement. What color is the wrap?

Windshield was ceramic tinted today with 70%. Wow, should have done this with every vehicle I’ve ever owned. Night and day difference with the lack of heat radiating through the windshield.

Camera gives it more reflection than there is. DB87E78A-F9C4-40DB-BF09-EC5381F6F74B.jpg

I’ve read mixed opinions and statements on ceramic tint. Firstly, is there a “clear” option, and secondly would that clear option provide any UV/heat relief?

To *ahem* clarify, I am in New Yorkistan.

70% on my windshield too, but I have a 5% brow to the AS1 line just to make it a little less obvious as I'm slightly paranoid. Never had an issue though. 20% front windows and 5% everywhere else. It is the only way to battle the heat & sun.

Yes to both. The uv/heat reduction isn’t as much as a darker tint but it’s still noticeable. I had 95% on my wife’s Silverado and I’ve got 75% on my Durango. If I could do an 85% I think it would be spot on.

Looks great without decals. I wish I had the courage to take mine off. Keep thinking I’ll mess it up somehow.

Thank you. I hate the heat these days and would prefer something that helps knock that down without having to peel off tint every year to pass inspection

Mine is 50% clear and it does help. I had it for 3 years up until my windshield replacement 2 weeks ago. I was without tint on it for a week and I could definitely feel the difference. Here is a pic with the door open so that you can see that the clear does have a light tint shade to it. The tinted appearance will vary based on the percentages of the other windows. My truck is 5% all around so it makes the windshield look darker. Our 4R has the same 50% but the rest are 15% so it doesn't look as dark. I'll try to get pics of them side by side so that you can see the difference.

Those fenders would look so much better without the body line styling. When are you going to paint yours?
