Only way to feel any air come out of the rear vents, is to have the the knob by the radio all the way to high. Anything I could do to increase air coming out the rear vents?

    Too many, but not enough....
Stupid question, have you checked to make sure the vents are completely open and working properly?

Air flow back there seems pretty poor on mine too.

Mode set to upper vents only seems to put more air out back vents on mine.
When i had the center cover off to install switches I noticed fit of the duct through there was rather sloppy. You might want to pop off the cup holder shifter trim area and make sure duct seems to at least be connected both ends. To me it wasn't worth disassembling enough to get access to properly seal duct joints.

    Is this a long process?
