Running light and tail light

My yellow running lights in my tail lights do not work, but I have brake lights and turn signal, can’t find the problem

 

The yellow in the rear is turn signal only. They are not running lights.

Driver's side footwell, check the 'TAIL' fuse... That controls the soft tail light when your headlights are on, brakes lights will still work if this is burnt out

Edit: also should fix the ambers up front. same circuit

 

Turns out it was the fuse, I was checking the wrong one ( opposite side )
