He didn't send me the refund after many empty promises. I finally disputed the charge with my CC company and got the refund that way.

 

Sure did. Many times.

 

Just issue a dispute with your CC company and get the refund that way. That's what I ended up doing.

 

@Achuop Are you still selling the replacement logos for Husky X-Act mats?

 

If there is a known problem with the seller, why are they continued in the forum? I hate reading things like this because it has happened to me and brings back bad memories

Are you checking your email? I sent you an email on 8/4 and another today. Could you please respond to my emails? It’s been 14 days since my order shipped. I still have not received.

 

Hmm . . . based on this thread, I suspect https://www.trdbeast.com/ is someplace to avoid. Too bad I did not see this thread before I placed an order. The user on this site, Achuop, who owns the TRDBeast site, has not been on this forum since September 21, 2023. I placed an order a few weeks ago on January 19. He only ships at the end of each month. I have not received the tracking number promised in my order confirmation nor has he responded to the email I sent yesterday. While he is not significantly overdue, based on the posts in this thread, it is easy to imagine he will become significantly overdue but I hope that is not the case. If he is not going to deliver orders, he should take down his site.
