I don’t think anyone feels this was government or media created. Or as someone else said “mass coordinated”. The point is this isn’t a story worthy of the attention. There were other stories that were swept under the rug while this was happening. And no, it’s not because it was mass coordinated. No other way around it but the media these days is more about protecting one side of a political party than giving you real news. That’s a fact.

These guys are living with Elvis and a few friendly aliens now, in an uncharted undersea city (perhaps Atlantis?) where they can survive the coming apocalypse.

Just watched an old interview of the CEO on the Sunday Morning show where he bragged about thinking out of the box and rewriting the text book. Talked about how safety precautions can be over done creating needless expense and he was proud of being an innovator but they still did a lot of testing. And how they would cancel a dive if things looked even a little off.

Then They brought in a post accident interview of a retired sub captain who said that all sounded like horseshit and all the dissimilar Materials with different properties put together on the outer shell created too many failure points that weakened with repeated use.

Basically sometimes there is a good reason certain textbooks exist.

That type exists in a bunch of different fields including mine. Head in the clouds, Always looking to make their mark and write their own ticket by rewriting the existing textbook. They reject proven methods that are effective and efficient because they don't get credit for them.

Mostly to find out certain things are always done the same way by everybody for good reason. You can never convince them though as the lowly worker bee who's been at it a long time and gone through a bunch of bosses who all had that same ambition only to see it not work.

They know better and always have to find out on their own.
