I’m just messin. I’m the same, though my order of preference for “water beers” is Coors Light, Busch Light, then Miller Lite. And we shant speak of the blue-canned gender shifting juice hitherto on.

Coors light is the only beer that give me heartburn. Thought it was only me but my BIL'S have the same complaint.

 

Am I the only one around here who's never tried a light beer and never had any desire to?

 

You need to try it, Its not about calories or healthiness, its about being able to drink them all day long and into the night while keeping a consistent buzz.

Game didn’t go our way - our defense played like crap. After averaging 3 errors / game in the tournament, we came out and put up 6 in the first inning. On top of the subpar defense, we only managed 1 run on 3 hits.

Back to playing our rival again on Monday after they’ve clawed their way through the loser’s bracket.

I was born and raised in Phoenix. There are a lot of things I miss about it, but the summer heat is not one of them! Stay cool my friend.

 

Edit: Flagstaff FTW...except that it's so damn expensive. I'd take anywhere on the Mogollon Rim to be honest, love it up there. It was always our getaway from the summer heat.

We're in NC now, similar weather to yours. I'll take the humidity over dry, blazing desert heat. There's also something reassuring about living where there is plenty of water. I'm honestly worried about my friends and family with the state of water in the southwest. If you read Cadillac Desert, the author warned of water shortcomings back in the 1980's, and he's still not wrong.

 

We want a second place up in NC. My in-laws had a place just west of highlands. That is our happy place.

I think the universe sent me a sign today that I need to invest in actual riding gear. This is the 2nd pair in 24 hours. My Merrell's lasted 8 years and we're still comfortable until the end.

This is addicting. I wish I had started riding in my 20's.

 

Buy a good set of actual riding/racing boots and they will last you a long, long time. Cheap ones won't.

 

I've had a couple pair of Merrell tennis shoes I've liked.
Dad and I used to trail ride a lot until a few years back when both of us got too busy. Rode a couple xr200s that was perfect for the trails and our sizes
