How far's the store? I'm sure the Tundra's ready to go

 

Tundra's back home so I have to drive my work F150. The booze store is 10 minutes away and I don't wanna gamble on the truck breaking down on the way there.

Made plenty of beer runs in my old Ford(s).

 

I owned a 2013 F150. I learned not to trust Ford. My work truck is a 2021 F150.

 

Maybe we should put a train horn in the mailbox

 

Mine is a 23 F250 it’s really nice while it works.

 

This 78 made many, many beer runs for me.

 

Well, that depends on what you mean by "outlawed". Yes, there is a law on the books here in NC (and in SC I believe) that basically does outlaw these trucks based on a specific height differential between the front and back. However, I haven't seen a lot of trucks getting pulled over for this, at least not where I live. I imagine it does happen though because most these asshats have calmed down with the 6" front only lifts; nothing about the 6-8" exhaust tips that make a hellish racket yet though. The latest thing is people running ditch lights and light bars day and night.

 

Now THAT is a Ford truck!

 

Hopefully they address those issues next.

 

Loved that truck like a first born child.

 

Which system is the best for the price on these? educate me please - I know little about them, just not trying to spend $1k on one

*also, any of the add-ons anyone would recommend out of experience

Here in SC the law was just signed a few weeks ago, it’s a 4” max difference between the front and rear. I believe there is a 6 month delay before it goes into affect. Fines aren’t terrible, but they do stack up and I think eventually one could face a suspended license.

I’m all for doing away with them and the terrible exhausts - sooner the better.
