People parking in my reserved spot at my work apartment. Visitor parking is the row back. Park there and walk your fat ass an extra 30ft.

You could also super glue their wiper blades to the windshield and their gas door closed.

 

Tape a note to their windshield saying you saw some biker dude pour sugar in their gas tank.

 

This is what tests a good landlord/management company from another. A good one will have them towed. A bad one either won’t get to it in time or not bother at all.

 

It's a bad management company. Supposed to be a pet free, no smoking indoors building too. That's not enforced, so yay for that.

 

My first apartment was like that. Had to call the building inspector and board of health to get out of my lease since I was plagued with roaches. Turned out the guy living above and next to me was living in filth. Even the exterminator wrote “get out” on the paperwork after his 3rd visit.

Second apartment was much better with management telling the guy living below me to turn down his music at night and having visitors towed out of my paid carport spot.

 

Visitors used to park in my wife's spot at her condo then give her attitude when she asked them to move so she or I could park there.

 

My first apartment was like that. We had assigned parking and I was informed in no uncertain terms that if I parked in the wrong spot my car would be towed. I came home several times to find someone parked in my spot. The management refused to do anything about it. When my wife and I married we moved into her larger apartment. The management there decided I had to park my motorcycle (750 Yamaha, full frame mount fairing, backrest, saddle bags) next to the dumpster. They changed their tune when I demanded their lawyers number so I could file if the trash company damaged it. We found a rent house and moved out as soon as we could.

 

I just rent this place in the town I work. It's a constant reminder why I bought a house and have the opinion that most apartment dwellers are basically just another breed of trailer trash.

 

Call to have it towed.

Stuff like that i don't ask. I would call a tow. Asking someone permission to use what's yours... screw that, nope.

 

Meh, it worked out. It ended up being a couple people moving out. They apologized and moved their vehicle, no problem. Next time though.

You say that but the running joke is that my friend and coworker is my work wife since we're roommates at work.

I work away from home so I rented an apartment in the town near the jobsite with my coworker since it's cheaper and better than staying in the work camp. Much nicer to finish my work day and be able to cook my own food, browse the uncensored internet and go out and about whenever I feel like it.

I worked with a guy who rented a place down the street from work and would drive home every weekend to New Jersey to see his family, a 5 hour drive away.

 

I lost the battery cover to the digital readout on my assault fitness bike during our move.

Assault wants to charge me $5 for the piece of plastic, $8 shipping, plus $1 WA state tax. $14 for a battery cover?! FA-Q!

 

People that lack common sense, like those rich guys that went into that little poverty submarine 2 miles deep into the ocean, the captain used a wireless PlayStation controller to control the sub. bunch of idiots. They have all that cash to enjoy life with and they do stupid stuff like that, good for them.

 

And now $millions will be wasted and resources and personnel that have better things to be allocated to, will be wasted, trying to find them.

 

I wonder if James Cameron has started working on the documentary. He should be able to stretch it to at least three hours.

 

My mid 20s female co-worker that doesn’t have to work from what she told me, this is her first job in 5 years, she is married. Lol, must be nice to be an attractive woman now a days, life on easy mode. Shows up late daily, has this no hustle attitude, Lol.

What if they did report it and the rescue operation either stopped or slowed only to find later the sub on the surface with 5 deceased inside. I feel they made the right call by waiting. The outcome wouldn't have changed.

 

From what I understand, they almost immediately let those searching know; that's why they had at least a sandbox area to search in.

 

Every time my daughter does something that she knows she's not supposed to, my wife's response is "next time you do that you'll lose a privilege", regardless of how many times she's already said that.
