I drink Oat Milk with my whey protein shakes and rice milk for my casein shakes. No way I'd touch Soy.

It mixes better than regular milk. Casein almost turns to cement when you put it in regular milk.

That's why you put it in water... Plus casein is a slow digesting protein, so best taken before bed; another reason to use water not milk or any other trendy wanna be milk product!!!

 

I do drink it at night and I don't like the way it tastes in water, grandpa.
