I have a 2017 Tundra and I'm having to replace rotors for the third time in a year and less than 20,000. The vehicle has 150,000 miles overall. When I'm at speeds higher that 55mph and use the brakes it feels as if the front end will rattle off. Under 55 mph I don't feel any issues. Has anyone experienced such a thing with their Tundra?

    Welcome from WA.

You got me beat, 60k on my '17.

I would pull the pads and check for sticking caliper pistons.
Would be a good opportunity to flush in some new brake fluid too.

    Too many, but not enough....
Are you replacing rotors with the stock ones? I have found the stock ones are just not that good. I have a 21 with 25k miles and i feel vibration under harder breaking and they fade pretty fast even when engine braking, note that I do not tow but I do roll around with the truck loaded pretty good.. I plan on going to frozen, slotted rotors and EBC pads. From what I read that is a pretty solid combo.

Also, are you doing the proper brake in procedure when you do your brakes? If not, that may shorten the life of the components.
