They'll probably have you add something else to it; Singulair works in a different way and is beneficial than most histamine blockers, but sometimes it's just not quite enough.

You could add an OTC allegra or claritin during your trigger times to help w/the extra allergens floating around during certain times of the year; won't hurt you!! Then just play around w/taking Singulair morning the other in the evening or vice versa to see which works better...

Another interesting news tidbit is that one of the 'big 3' investment firms recently acquired a majority holding of the largest commercial DNA databases in the world...

 

Zyrtec, Pepsid AC, and Singulair. Take all three at the same time. That combo helps knock down the mast cell histamine production. Each medication "targets" certain mast cells. Skin, gut, and brain if I remember correctly.

I was told it was safe to take all three long term if needed.

EDIT: Good luck. My allergist never found root cause and I am on a daily Zyrtec to keep my skin from crawling.

 

Maybe at this point you should take the singulair, the gabapentin and your dog's CBD... that should get you calmly through the storm; if not just door dash the good shit

I can't stand squirting anything up my nose.

 

The insurance adjuster got done with the assessment on my house (the same hail event that buggered up my truck) at about 10a this morning. I'll be getting a new roof, gutters, screens, and garage door; and new stain on my fence and pergola. Our hail was golf ball sized.
