I bet LLVs.com has a post from the mail lady wondering why Entitled Douchebags have to park next to Mailboxes on the wrong side of the road.

 

The driveway looked empty.

 

15 feet clearance is what they want.

 

Cut the mail box out and stick it right next to front door

 

My Uncle is a retired postmaster. I've seen him pull up to our house. Park. Get out and look at the distance from his car bumper to the mail box and then get back in and move his car so he's got the 15 feet.

 

Correct. Some towns make it law, but others it's just courtesy. Apparently they can deny delivery if it's blocked off. This is all kinda new to me. I live in the middle of nowhere without mail service, so I have to drive into town and use a P.O. Box.

It's the excessively tiny print in the disclaimer that gets me. WHY DO YOU DO THAT?!!!!

 

The mail lady thinks I can just park any where. Oh I know I’ll park in the street so she plus other cars can’t go anywhere. I’ll park at a mall and walk 5 miles just to get to where I need to be just for the convenience of the post person.

i seen so many post people park there post car and walk.

 

Break the windows run the hose threw the car and make sure the is a leaking coupler inside the car.

You will have to be there and keep transporting me from the job site to the house so you might wanna get something comfortable to stay and keep driving me back and forth.

You don't own the mailbox. It's technically properly of the USPS. You cannot move or modify it without their approval.

 

Mine will wave and ask how I’m doing as she WALKS and places the letters in the box with a smile on her face. Albeit, she hasn’t really had to because of my own parking
