I had a bad blend door and ordered a used heater box from a wrecker to repair so I ended up with lots of various parts from in there that might be helpful for someone else not needing the entire heater box assembly. Parts should fit 2007-2013 and possibly cross to 2.5 gens but check pn for yourself please. All prices shipped conus paypal friends and family or make an offer for multiple items. glad to hear everyone's heat is working! I'll be unable to ship parts out from Dec 14-January 6 then whatever's left after I'll probably be saving the servos as spares and scrapping the big parts taking up too much room in my garage!

 

Threw out most of the bulky plastic boxes and the aftermarket AC evaporator. Servos and harness have been removed and bagged. Prices have been cut to help anyone without heat get warmed up. Thanks!

 

Was hoping you could answer a question for me. I just replaced both drivers side servos and everything is now in time. My problem is I'm not getting power to the servos. I need to know where do the red black and blue wires go after they leave the servos? I see you have a hole assembly with the harnesses. If you could please take a look for me it would greatly be appreciated. Had mice get in the truck over the winter and they must have chewed a wire or two. I cant see where they are going but I can tell they don't go directly back to the climate control. If I can figure out where I need to access maybe I could get the harness you have and be able to have heat and defrost by winter.

 

Hey sorry just saw this. Can you post pictures of the connectors you dont have power to? I can pull the harness out and see if we can match them up and see where they go on the harness and a wiring diagram. Make sure to quote my post so I see it or send me a PM. We'll get it it figured!

This is an old thread but figured I'd take a shot. Do you have the heater box still? I broke a gear that attaches to it bc I didn't have the gears synced. Its the gear on the right.

 

Just updated the post with what I think is still in my attic. Sorry the old box is gone. I had good luck with getting one from an ebay wrecker.
