    This is the damaged area......about 3/4" inch long.

    Got in touch with Safelite....they won't touch it due to the lift.

    same thing happened to me. I just called my insurance and told them I need to go to the dealership. They help me set up the appointment

    None of our dealers replace glass and are all outsourced. I have a shop coming out tomorrow. They are installing PGW which is owned by Vitro who is one of the manufacturers for Toyota.
