Did the second dealership print you out the alignment spec or just say "yeah the alignment is off"? I would continue with Toyota directly.

Can you please post a clear version of both alignment printouts?

Here are both. The color one is Fred Haas. The other is Katy.

The first colored one was modified by the dealership. If you look at the specs they are different from one to the other. I guessing they were trying to cover their asses and not warranty the tires.

There have been issues with these specs since the new generation was released. Dealers usually pull their specs from Hunter Engineering’s database in the aligner. When the truck came out Hunter did not have the specs from Toyota yet and once they did I believe there have been retro active changes with each new release.

If you want to tackle the issue yourself then I suggest you talk to the next alignment tech yourself and tell him you want the front camber at 0 degrees but everything else to spec. Keep the print out then when you go to get your tires rotated check out the wear and go more negative if the outsides are wearing, or slightly more positive if you went too far and the insides are wearing. I don’t believe there is a camber adjustment on the rear but don’t quote me on that, I’m going off of memory

Here is the most recent spec. Have them adjust it to this!

Thank you so much. Do you think this information will help get them to fix this issue under warranty?

I talked to my case manager today Andre and he thinks the TRDpro is a gulf states special package. This is getting out of hand.

I have 24600. I noticed the issue around 16k. Took it to the dealer at 17k and have been fighting them ever since. I am currently barely driving it because of safety concerns.

Is it pulling hard to one side or the other? Is Lane Trace Assistant on? I drive with it off from day one on my 2wd platinum.

it’s worth a shot but they are probably going to kick the can down the road and tell you it’s too late or some other bs.

good luck man, I’m guessing they were adjusted to factory specs originally and Toyota retroactively changed alignment specs from the 2022 to 2023 release year and the dealership has not updated their spec database.

It never pulled either direction. I had no idea the alignment was off until I noticed the tires.
