Had anyone installed their relocation kit yet? The 90° union included in this kit is a different thread from the breather valve I removed from the diff....
Am I missing something or did they goof?
I also ordered the abs shields and a tss relocation bracket, which I haven't had installed yet. My confidence thus far is not high.

Do a little research on the breather on the group buy thread. It is actually the Correct thread, Just a very tight fit. Couple guys had issue in the beginning, but took their time and it worked out. Seems that it feels like it is being cross threaded, but it's not. I have the kit but no time to install till next weekend. ABS covers are great, painted and installed this morning.

I put a gauge on it. It's absolutely the wrong thread. If guys are forcing these unions in the diff bung then they've got bigger issues coming. Of it's the same thread as the stock breather then it should spin in and out just as smoothly.

Definitely wrong size. Looks similar but is a little more coarse threaded. Threw mine in 1/2 way in then removed it and replaced it w factory. Factory went in just the same is before but will double check if it’s leaking as I drive it more.

I was the first one to say there was a problem, even the dealer tech said it was wrong but was told it is/was a tight fit. I changed mine out back to the stock breather but have since sold that truck because of gas prices, and I did not have a use for 4x.
