Recently, when my tree fell across the road, downed a line, and landed on the neighbor's property across the street, I was talking to the neighbor about how to address it. He's an 80+ year old small business owner (he just sold it for $10M) who still does his own yardwork, landscaping, and general maintenance. He told me to hold off doing anything so he could grab his two chainsaws from his other house (he has another house about 4 hours away) and help me clear it. I came home from work the next day and everything had been cut up in smaller sections with the road cleared. Come to find out he showed up along with a crew of other folks from neighboring houses and cleared it. There were several other trees blocking streets and they cleared them too.

This is why I love living here and I can't help but think that when his generation finally exits the scene, our society will be that much more dim because of it. Then again, I, and hopefully others, will carry on that legacy to extend to our children to carry on and so forth.

Yes it is. Yesterday I was finally able to verify. There was ~50 gallons in the tank and needed to drop own to below 35. After that filled it back up to 62 gallons.

Nice! I had a Nissan in my younger years, fuel gauge was stuck at 1/4 tank lol. loved the guessing game. Sometimes I’d forget to reset my trip odometer.

When the wife crashed her car, she took over, she needed a vehicle, she had for a while, then traded for a dually, I just happened to be making a delivery this morning from one AutoZone to another store and I saw it in a car lot

Back in HS I had a dual tank GMC truck. One sending unit didn't work. That always got sporty making the switch before the carburetor ran out. That truck only got like 4.5 mpg, so I was at the fuel station often.

If there is a single thing on your list that your wife added, or you added to keep her happy, you have a honey do list!
