    Quick question for you guys out here, so we had some severe thunderstorms passed through last night, and my neighbor has a dead tree in his yard, And strong winds knocked over a big Branch about the size of my thigh and punctured a hole in the shed on our property how do you handle this? He's telling me that we're responsible because the limbs were hanging over my fence line, but the tree is on his property
