I don't really care what's in it. Energy drinks, cola, and coffee have always been my go do for calming nerves. I sip on something like this the same way other people will sip on a beer after work. Difference is that I can have this at work and not get in trouble.

I’ve tried the fake meat stuff. It is not a legit beef replacement, but it’s not too bad. The problems are it is expensive, and it has a lot of fat and salt. So since I’m not a vegan, there are no good reasons to eat it. Plus after a meal of that stuff, my farts can gag a maggot.
