Is it a waste of money having a place put PPF over my Morimoto’s? I already scratched the hell out of the passenger side when it fell during install

3/2" Readylift, TRD Dual Exhaust, TRD Sway Bar, Line-X Bedliner, ArmorFlex Tonneau, ESP 3 bin storage, Amp Power-Steps, Driver Side Grab Handle, Ronin Antenna, Window Tint, ClearBra. Coming Soon: 20" Method MR305NV. BF Goodrich KO2 275/60/20
Took most of the weekend and did an exterior detail including wash, clay bar, detox spray and then ceramic coating. Worst was the clay bar because I had a lot of rail dust that took a long time and a lot of elbow grease to get off. Happy with the results.

Next up: Method 305 20" wheels are on the way and will be here in two weeks, wrapping with Bridgestone KO2 275/65/20.

I put PPF on mine. The first set faded on the top. If you have it done, make sure they do the top. How bad are the scratches?

Finished up a few lighting upgrades/changes.

Rear lighting - RTT blocks the third brake light, so added a Vleds 6” red led bar to the RTT with @Puppypunter brake light tap. Replaced 4’ led whip with 2 GGLighting 1’ led whips.

They’re legitimately bad scratches, like if someone was trying to scratch them - but just three or four lines of that

Yesterday - After looking at the box in my garage for about 6 months, I installed the plates today. I was hoping to have my son help, but he broke his arm and ankle while warming his bike up last weekend and will be out of commission for a while. I have the TRD skid plate but not the Talons Garage nut plate. I only loosened the rear 2 bolts on the TRD skid plate and slid the Talons plate above it. It didn’t want to go all the way due to the vertical bend at the rear of the Talon plate hitting the frame. With a little persuasion it finally went. For those of you with TRD plates, did you also have this problem or did you loosen more than the just the rear 2 bolts on the TRD plate?

You have a couple of options. If you want to save a link on your desktop or in a folder, go where you want to save it, right-click, New, Shortcut. In the path for the shortcut, paste the URL you just copied, give it a name, and you're set. If you want a bookmark in your browser, go to your bookmarks, Add New, then save it similarly.

What kind of bar did you use. I did mine awhile back with the chemical guys OG bar. I couldn’t really tell if it was doing much.
