2020 Head Unit Question

    Just got a 2020 Tundra and it has Apple CarPlay but it's lacking bass and the speakers are meh. I like the head unit, is there a way to keep the stock head unit and get better sound? What would be needed? Thanks!

    You might be surprised how much the sound will change just by changing the head unit.

    If you must keep the factory head unit I would look at the NTUNE6 from taco tune
    Or some other type of line out converter.

    Add a five channel amp and replace the factory amp under the passenger seat.
    Replace the door speakers
    Add a basic sub setup

    This can be done for around $1,000

    Will sound way better than what is in it now.
