I've never found any fitted hat that I like. Even my normal adjustable I change because sometimes my head is fat.

Nike Campus Cap is the only hat I've worn for the last decade.

    Cats are trainable?

Edit: I stand corrected. Must be some sort of super catnip to get them to do anything.

So far called the 2 closest places without going into the city, i could have my wheels polished for $200/ea, the other place would chrome em for $300/ea, and the first place would copper plate & polish for $350/ea.

i think i might like polished patricks.

Got to work on installing street lights today. Well, I stood there and watched. We're just doing the wiring.

This weekend i'll pull the factory bumper support & center & drill the full width leaves.

It is for TXDoT. There's 5 different contractors here, which is about 3 too many in my eyes.

I watched the City send out 6 employees to plant a small tree. They made the rookie dig while the other 5 stood around watching. I had a Ron Swanson moment.

I got some bad news. I confirmed with Denso that they have stopped remanufacturing our alternators. There are a few left in inventory then no more. Kicking myself in the ass for not ordering from Rock Auto when I had the chance.

That is Denso customer service. I contacted them directly from their website and we emailed back and forth a few times. He sent me a link to where I can buy one of the last two in stock. I also emailed Rock Auto to see if they still have any left in inventory.

If that's true, I'm glad I kept my original instead of returning it as a core.

I'm sure it's true. The reason I emailed Denso is because their website no longer lists alternators for my truck. I also changed the year to 2006 and got no results. It makes me want to order a starter in case they discontinue those too.

Chances are good a set of brushes is all one needs. Same with our starters.

There's a place locally that rebuilds and rewinds alts, so yeah might do that eventually. It'll just sit as a spare either way

Too much hassle for something I don't really think I need. If I was running all kinds of crazy lights and accessories I would consider it.

Hit PartsGeek, Summit Racing and a few others to see if you can find something. But really, it's very not-hard to rebuild your own, so don't hesitate.

It’s like we all had the v6 and it’s a normal wear part and y’all wanna buy another v6 instead of an 8 for effectively the same price. I don’t understand why.

PS - part of me is, like, "Damn ... I guess I shouldn't have sold my spares, eh?!" but I just didn't have room for the extra shit to be laying around.
