The driver side window on my 2023 Tundra rattles loud when rolled down and if I have music playing. With the amount of money I paid for the truck I would not expect this, so I took it to the dealership for them to look at and was told that the window was installed correctly and that they couldnt do anything unless there was a recall on this (other owners experiencing the same issue).

Is anyone else having this problem? it feels like poor quality for this rattle to occur.

    thank you!

No problems with mine, although I do have some rattling in various places with strong base from the JBL

@ryanwgregg i was able to narrow it down because when i was sitting in the driver seat and turn up the music its very noticeable. I took it to the dealership and didnt have much luck getting any answers. Im not sure if they created a TAS Case or not....

@WoodyOne yes thats exactly my issue is the bass from the speakers is rattling the windshield when its seated in the door panel. its really noticeable and irritating because it sounds like some cheap teenager who is trying to bump his music but his cheap truck is rattling when the bass hits and its annoying especially since the amount of $$ i spent on the truck.

@trazerr drivers side window. Sorry i just realized i did put "windshield" which makes it look like the front windshield. the drivers side window rattles when its rolled down and the bass hits.

@Hella Krusty nothing sir. It was my mistake as i stated above in this thread. I meant just the driver side window. I will go back and correct it.

@CCOMP83, I think I read somewhere that removing the foam in the driver's door handle helps the rattle. I will see if I can find that post. Mine is not bad, so I have not tried.

    Edit:
Could not find anything about removing foam but here is a thread on the door rattle and various fixes, if you have not already seen it.

I just noticed this issue yesterday. I found a quick way that I can keep it from rattling. If I drop the window all the way, then just quick pull up on the button so it’s not all the way down but isn’t high enough to clear the rubber, then the rattling stops. Mine is so minor I only notice it when stopped and with the right bass tones.
