CLOSED - Coachbuilder Shackle and Steering Kit GB

I have not mocked it up this way way but imagine the inner tie rod would be very steep. You could use a BORA wheel spacer in order to space the wheel out.

 

Already on the list for +2 shackles. Already have new wheels, tires, front coil overs and rear shocks sitting in the garage. The shackles are the last component I’ll need to install everything. Does the 4-6 week lead time start counting when we say we are “in”, or once the actual order is placed ? I don’t mind paying full price if it will expedite the delivery of the shackles. I was literally about to buy them from the Coachbuilder site the night this group buy popped up. Can I just some clarity on the quickest way to have +2 shackles delivered. Thanks for your time

Does anyone with an Icon 3.0 Coilovers and a S2 Shock in the front have this steering kit? Trying to figure out if there are any issues with interference. I also have RCV axles but they clear the 3.0's so I would not assume they would be an issue

Installed these yesterday. The quality is top notch. And the installation was super easy took less than an hour. This is me comparing it to total chaos shackles and pounding the shit out of it with hammer to fit over leaf spring bushings.

the leafs have more movement with couchbuider and minimizes the vibrations in the bed of truck. The ride is a lot smoother too. Worth every penny !

@Coachbuilder1 can the steering kit fit on the front of a 2.5 gen Tundra that has 3.0 Icon shocks and a S2 Shock in the front? That is too much money to buy it and try it, just wondering if you have any other existing customers that have the same setup. Thanks

 

Yes, its def tight but can fit.

in order to clear we just need to be sure caster isn't sitting too high. in the 2.5 degree range is a good number to aim for.
