Sometimes you gotta come to grips with your vices. Don't ask me how I know. Let's just say I used to party. :1up::rasta::drunk:

I always thought it was called a "vice" because one's vice of choice often has a metaphorical vise on their life. The vise tightens a tiny bit more every so often, pressuring one to use. Eventually the metaphorical vise is clamped shut and that's when the user's vice kills them.

Also, don't forget Miami Vice not Vise...

and having a vice not a vise, unless you actually have a vise

There's some important differences between partying and medicating.

In that case, I'm self-medicating with festivities involved. Dammit.

Just got a fun heap of scope creep on the day job. Side biz is mellow which is nice. The '05 has a demello aluminum bumper which makes noise, have to loosen bolts and adjust down. The '02 Tundra has door panels off, need to do latches and window trim, then sound deadening and get panels back on. Sucks to drive with no tweeters. The '16 is OK, some noises from things like the clazios, tweeter grilles in the dash, etc and I'm extra bummed because the stupid auto car wash which I hate (San Diego has all the hand car was stuff but I guess labor is more expensive here in Oregon) bent the f out of my nice pacific wonderland license plate.

Oh and I need to do a custom control relocation kit for my warn m8000s in the '02 Tundra so right now I'm carrying around extra weight up front without any way to make use of it.

Truck mods for days. Mildly cranky.

Weather is nice and warm, need to get that kayak rudder install finished.

x2 for your use of used :D

Also, I'm just gonna let you guys know up front... I read posts from oldest to newest; if I come across one that apparently needs my response, I'll immediately respond (without having scrolled down through the remaining 2 pages of post on the same topic). So, often times, that post was already quoted, addressed or lambasted by a post that was subsequent to what I was responding to, but I just haven't seen it yet. Then as I get a couple posts or pages further down, I see someone else was already thinking what I was thinking

I get that's probably going to be annoying on other folks' end, but you people just move too damn fast for me, and if I don't respond immediately, I'll never scroll back up to respond to the post that drew my attention originally and felt needed a response. So deal w/it :muscleflexing: (just kidding)

PS>>> and another heads up... I'll comma splice the shit out of some words I type, so just expect it

Glad to hear you're alive and kicking. Kitchen remodel done?

Muitos, I think is the word you're looking for.
Unfortunately, I think those days caught up to me, and now I'm the guy folks are attempting to understand. :D

Thanks for asking and thinking of me.

Kitchen is fully functional, the GC/cabinet guy had surgery (hip?) and we're still waiting on him for trim/baseboard (which is annoying b/c it's in the garage taking up space and I have to walk over it) I also have to deal with cutting the 6" vent flue for the range hood shorter and sealing the cap to the siding (but it's hot). Then some drywall repair.

Need to finish the drain part of the dog tub and attach it to the wall. Kinda waiting on the faucet/sprayer (got an excessively nice replacement cause the one it came with had no faucet and wife wants hand washing option). I may have to do 8" OC to the left of my 4" OC holes which will make me a little sad but oh well. Decent change the new setup connects to the 4" OC handleset and I can re-purpose the 8's for the current setup with sprayer-only and give to sis-in-law.

Sorry I've been MIA. Miss working/thinking about the Tundra. It's just collecting pollen and looking like s right now, no love. I may use it to haul the kayak this afternoon though.
