Those of you that were here 3ish years ago will remember that last cycle of this topic. The topic grew and grew until it got out of hand , mods gave some warnings, a few regulars started lighting dumpster fires and then a big smackdown.

A few long time members were booted from the forum and even more were kicked out of this thread. That’s what led to the “Official BS and shenanigans & Good Morning America Thread“ actually. Most of the regulars here migrated to that thread.

Let’s not repeat the past please…

 

It was in late 2019 or early 2020 right after I joined the forum. I was just getting comfortable and chit went nuclear. Pinay was pretty active back then and she was the one fighting the fight. Was sorry to she her go, but not sure if it was related.

 

Yup. I remember that. It was a dark time for a long while after that.

 

I remember you were one of a few saying “knock it off” cuz of work. I don’t remember contributing either way cuz I was new.

Did mssg the Mods and thank them for the work. Not sure who responded but I can still remember whomever replied said “yeah, occasionally people get all ‘fuck the police’ and we have to respond”. Sounds like something @T-Rex266 would say…

 

She did seem a bit ready-fire-aim on a few things. Such is life.

 

For clarity, because @Green Thunder didn't quote the message , this is in reference to the NSFW stuff that I prodded @tripleconpanna about. Those kinds of things wound up causing a major rift and all kinds of chaos for members. Lots of our really active members went really quiet for fear of being hammered and such. Some have come back out, others stick to PMs to avoid the watchful eye of the mods.

 

Yeah, I made the mistake of publicly thanking the mods after the fact. That didn't make me any friends. Persona non grata for quite a while after that.

There may even be a PM out there that they still happen in. IDK. I just know that was part of what got cracked down on to keep the site family friendly, or at least mostly SFW.
