Speaking of not working… I’ve mentioned my buddy with the 2016 F150 waiting on a throttle body part. Spoke to him recently. The arrival of that part has moved from August-ish to January. To make matters worse, the dealership has another truck that’s been waiting for 18 months already. Apparently has a nice layer of moss.

Dealership told him to not buy a new truck as they are having major quality problems. I told him to buy his uncle’s Tundra that he’s been borrowing to tow his trailer. He doesn’t like the idea of buying a 15 year old truck, to which I said “Yeah, but it will run”

 

No F-ing way I could deal with that.
Has he looked for aftermarket or junkyard parts?
