Got the text from Dirty Deeds that my Race exhaust is ready...sending him my ARH mid-pipes tomorrow so they can adapt them to a 3" flange. :burnrubber:

Damn! The race exhaust is what exactly? Is it that center section and X pipe? Wonder if I can get this done and dumped behind the axle @dirtydeeds

Dual 3" with X pipe...they offer a side exit, but I'm sure they could do a dump, I opted for the dual exit with resonators.

I know I saw someone post a pic a few pages back, and it looked like they were using flexible hose on the upper oil coolant line part. I have a spare hardline, free to whoever wants it, just pay shipping

I just installed the TRD "accelerator" Does not seem to seal as well as the SCOL unit. Do I need to do anything to better seal the fitment between the port & wall of the truck?

For mine it seemed to seal up extremely well, but then it was too long for the airbox to seat properly. Pushed the little ridge on the accelerator through to other side of wall and it all worked, but ya didn't real seal up the the wall, does seal up air box though.

As long as you have the accelerator on it helps. I just did a test took it off and saw higher IAT temps than with it on. During the dry season I run it and during the rainy season I have a block off plate to prevent rain getting in. Since the fiberglass fenders don’t have a liner. After the truck goes to the new blower I’ll get a custom intake made. Current plan is to have it tuned on the Prospeed intake 4.5” pipe.

Getting the Harrop Stage 2 installed as we speak. I plan to add a boost gauge from AEM.
Which line from the supercharger is best to tee off for the boost pressure sensor? Pictures would greatly help.
    Thanks in advance!

Jelly. I'm too worried about the exhaust being obnoxious. One change at a time. That raspiness though :bananadance:

I call it the neighbor-hater exhaust haha. Coming from a straight piped diesel, this one shouldnt be that bad. and plus im keeping my cats. so it should tame it down a little :)

There is a nipple on the driver's side of the SC that is for boost-reference.

    Haha appreciate you for noticing!!

Okay! thank you, i did not know that!

Yea im keeping them for now, living in NV and we have yearly smog here. Can probably just turn off the post cat sensors because we are allowed 1 emissions system failing. but i want to try to be legal as possible for as long as i can haha

Internal and External threats are real. Crap a cat or have a meth head steal them. We can't win in this world.

My primaries clogged and shot gunned back into my secondaries and clogged again. Currently running a weight reduction mod on the cats. My plan was to keep them too. Who's tuning your truck? I'm currently on a stage 2 pulley with the Harrop, seeing about 11psi and Prospeed thinks I should be at low 10's AFR to be safe.

Currently on an 8 week lead time for the Kooks headers and then I think I'll put the stage 3 pulley on.

oh im not doing secondaries, im using the highflow cats from stainless works.
tuning will be done by d3 and my local tuning shop. Rogue Offroad in Vegas. The owner helped developed the Harrop supercharger for the 3UR-FE

I'll be following ya! Prospeed told me that "high flow" cats will not last long either according to their thoughts on "safe afr's" for a pulley'd Harrop.
