Truck inspection went good. Only dinged the front skidplate & scuffed the hitch, didnt touch anywhere else. Rain is forecast for the rest of the week, so i halfassed the wash. Victory brisket tomorrow.

 

That's funny because I brought that particular 2 liter bottle and conveyed to Mo that it was my contribution to his cactus cooler + vodka night, based on his posts about it. So then I thought he accepted "ownership" because his boys carried that unopened bottle around camp for 2 days. But, I chuckled several times at the awesome parenting, because he never opened it for them.

But I didn't want to lug it home, so I suggested Casey give it a try. Last guy to leave camp took the spoils!

It was good. I had one can from Rusty my first night, your last night. I drank it down to 3/4 can and he filled it with vodka. It was good. then I went to bed.

For real, I'll be in PHX next week and I'm wondering if I need to try and hunt some of this stuff down, assuming I actually get any free time away from work.

I wish I had more time to acclimate at T2S. Working nights, driving 20hrs, a 2hr time zone change, a 7k ft raise in elevation and tossing and turning in freezing attempts to sleep made me crash early each night lol. Maybe I'm just getting old. But if I make it out again I'll try to stay up for the partying more. 4 days just wasn't enough. Doesn't help I got no sleep in Amarillo either. I think next time I'll get a cheap hotel for a night just to acclimate

You absolutely do. It seems to only exist in Albertsons, Walmart and Target from my research. I searched at every gas station we stopped at between Amarillo and Flagstaff for it to no avail.

 

Yeah I stayed up til 10 or 11 I think most nights
