Love the wheels! What’s the offset on them? Looks like a good amount of poke?

I have a set of Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T in 285/65 R20 (35" x 11.50") on order. Should have them installed next weekend. I'm hoping with the Limited TRD Off-Road 20" wheels wont have any rubbing on the sway bar that some have mentioned.. The tire comes in a 34.6" with an 11.5" section width and 9.7" tread width.

    I have a 22 limited 4x4 with
    • RC 6 inch lift with Vertex Coilovers and adjustable dampening
    • 24x11 with -58 offset forged 2 piece custom wheels (matte black face with gloss black lips) made by a manufacturer that I worked directly with to make my wheel design come to life and
    • 35 x 13.5 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I think I will go 37s next time.

That’s amazing! How do find the RC lift?

Do you have any rubbing up front?

Forged wheels sound nice, probably super strong and light weight.

Thank you. I googled 6 inch lift kit and decided to go with RC as they seemed to have the most complete kit. No rubbing as a little trimming had to be done but nothing major.

yes I like forged wheels, I tried to go 3 piece but the manufacturer didn’t want to do that. For good reason I suppose.

    Analysis by paralysis

Goal, upsize tires and wheels for a more aggressive look and function while limiting the “poke”. Looking at 17” wheels with a +25 and +35 offset to pair up with Toyo Open Country AT3 in a 285/75/17. Future plans will likely involve a suspension lift, perhaps the Icon 1.25 – 2.25 stage 3 or Dobson 2” to 3” IMS lift kit.

Spent a couple hours this morning making a few image mock-ups as I can’t make up my damn mind on these. Going bronze I’d start with a chrome delete and swap to color matched grill surround and rear bumper panels. But also thinking if I went with the Method 305’s in “titanium” or “machined finish” I’d not worry about the chrome delete or color matched bits.

So, two reasons to post this up, one is to hear what the group thinks of the choices, keeping in mind that I want to all but eliminate the “poke” and two, maybe this will help others seeing these images.

Stock 20" with +60 off set and 265/60/20 Wildpeak AT

Method 312 with +18 offset and the smallest offset here

    Method 706 with +35 offset

Method 305 Bronze with +25 offset

    Method 703 with +35 offset

Method 305 Machined Finish with +25 offset

Method 305 Titanium with +25 offset

    Icon Compression with +25 offset

Ropedrag I feel your pain as it took me 2 months to pick wheels and tires. I looked for hours!!!!! And days!!!!
Here my opinion. Your in the same boat as me. Mine is white and I was all about the Bronze wheel but I was noticing everyone was doing bronze plus I have the TRD red and black decals so I kept that theme into my wheels. Gloss black looks incredible imo on lunar color.

Lol you just read my mind
I was literally just putting that on my next thing to do.
I want to make the flares white.
What would be the best route
Paint them or vinyl wrap them??

If you want to eliminate poke then your going to need like a +25 offset

    mine with +20 offset

just have a body shop paint the ones you have , that’s what I did . Had the dealer do it before I even took delivery

the color matched flares really makes the wheel tire combos look much better

even my small 33”s look much bigger than with the black flares

    TRD Lift, TRD skid.
With icon stage 7 do you run a sway bar?
    If so do you rub?

I have the trd lift and icon 18x9 +25, with 315/70R18 and I rub sway bar. Wondering if the F5 would improve or worsen the rubbing… thanks

That’s hilarious @Eurodriver. I almost went with the 3” lift but I know I would have had to ban my wife from my truck. I already catch hell daily about her not having a key fob for it. Put cotton in your ears when you up with the 37s on.
