howdy. I'm down near Houston and currently drive a 2015 Tacoma, but growing family means more space needed. I'm hoping to get into a 4x2 crewmax here very quickly and enjoy the v8 power and size of a full truck again:benchpress: I love the taco, but at the end of the day it just doesn't have the room needed. I've also noticed that I might as well go new with the insane prices of the used trucks these days. I'll post a pic once I get the truck

:cheers:the Tundra is 100x better, especially with a family. Def go new...a newer used will cost damn near as much as new. But then again that shows you how well the resale value is!:burnrubber::bananadance::headbang:

It'll be my first 2wd truck too. I haven't even used 4wd on my taco in the 2+ years of owning it, so I'm switching over. Found a heck of a deal on an SR5 in Houston, so hopefully I'll be in a Tundra <1 week

Nice! See I'm goofy and went the other way...I had a 2wd SR5 and said to myself hey what if I ever need it, so I went and traded it in on a 4wd 1794. There's a lot of places around Vegas where you can use the 4x4 so I said ehhh why not lol.

I live about 3 hours from the nearest beach, and I'm driving on the pavement 99.9% of the time. Have driven 4wd trucks for 10 years and used it out of necessity once.
