    Nice looking Tundra!

The weather tech bed mat looks nice. What’s your verdict with it? Think it will hold up?

It was thrown in for free by the dealer so I just went with it. It should hold up fine for my camping/sleeping build in the back, but I don’t think it would do well for a construction type environment..it’s a fairly soft rubber/plastic that seems like it could get torn up pretty easily.

My "dont crash into the person in front of you" sensor disabled and wouldn't re-enable after I hit a big puddle. It fixed itself when it dried up. Any chance your sensors got wet?

That is also possible, but it would be a first for me if it was water induced

Just a thought... But another option to add a small layer of insulation and to get rid of the hard, cold, 'channeled' bed design would be to throw down a 3/4" stall mat. I've used them in the back of all my trucks to add durability, get rid of the sliding around affect of things loaded into the bed, and to reduce impact and hard edges against the knees when crawling around back there. I'd assume having that layer of rubber between you and the metal would also afford you a small insulating factor for camping/sleeping.

Was your windshield (particularly around the rearview mirror area) obstructed? I've had issues before where FCW, etc would disable when frost was covering that area. I think there's an associated sensor there as well.

I was walking with some friends one time and one of them smashed his shin on a giant truck hitch. Dude raged, pulled the giant hitch out and threw it really far.

Went out at 5:09 this morning after my daily ice cap and waxed the truck before breakfast. Was all done by 7:30.

I was thinking the same thing. If those are 275/70R18s I shouldn’t have gone bigger.

I did not know that. I had some bug guts. Nothing major but standard stuff driving through a low populated area at 70mph

I had similar experience of nailing my shins on previous hitches which is why I bought this one.

The point of this hitch is to tuck under the truck and not be sticking out to hit your shins. The hitch hangs out only 1” from the hitch cover I had on previously and is not even close to an issue.

check it out before you knock it!

haha could be. Speaking of which, I was feeling maybe mine does. While working on it I was noticing how flat the leafs sit. This is with the weight on the suspension, but nothing in the bed.

Tundra springs sit pretty flat from the start. There's not alot of arch in them.

Anyone know how to get texts to popup on the stock radio screen. Calls and music do. But not texts. I want to be able to have it read out loud while driving and popup on screen as well

Ya mine look like that too. To see if it's saggy you can measure from center of wheel to fender. Front measurements are 21.5 inch and back is 24 inch. Those were my numbers on a year old SR5.

I see the locking pin into the truck, but do you have to get locking pins for the stow part too?
