It is time to have my 3rd exhaust installed. I'm in the Boulder County Area. I'm looking for a QUALITY shop to do a custom exhaust. CLEAN WELDS and Stainless Steel..... Anyone out there have a SOLID recommendation? No further South than Thornton due to the obscene Denver traffic. I'm willing to head up to Fort Collins if necessary. I'd like to support a locally owned shop if possible......aaaaannnd reasonable price...thanks in Advance!!:goingcrazy:

Why not sit in your driveway, drinks some cold brews and wait for your custom BAMuffer exhaust system from @dirtydeeds?

Well, you're a man that knows what he wants. I'm sure most of the northern CO guys can point you in the correct direction.

Sound clips when completed please. :headbang:

    See fine print
You should state if it has to be mandrel bent. That makes a huge difference in price.

You should hear a bamuffler if you can. They do sound pretty darn good! I was skeptical also prior to hearing one in person but after owning it I was sold.

I'm not worried about the Mandrel bend. I have had 3 exhausts with it and most exhaust guys have told me there might be a 10% flow difference (maximum) between a mandrel bend and a shop bend. The real performance lies in the muffler from my experience. I am going to do a write up on the 3 mufflers/exhaust set ups I have had today! SO many people could benefit from my investments in different set ups.

there is not a lot of "performance" in mufflers on these things...........

Agreed.......however I noticed a good difference in throttle response with this muffler......probably has to do with the difference in back pressure from the baffling......certainly not like upgrading headers and using tuning chips etc....

I wouldn't be using any exhaust that wasn't mandrel bent (vs press bend). Losing 10% is a lot.

Keith has a few write ups on muffler only will get you about 7 hp on a good day.
