    Hello All,

I installed this switch to go with my bumper lights.

    Questions:

Where is the best place to tap into dash switch lights?

Is there a way to tie into the headlight reminder chime so I don't leave these on by mistake?

Unrelated but my dash light dimmer hasn't worked for a while. Is this a simple process of replacing the 1-5 wheel rheostat or is it related to the computer?

    Thanks

    Jefe

Thanks for the info, I like the idea of using plugs and harnesses instead of just tapping into wires like I did back in the day.

Any idea on how to get the reminder chime wired into the circuit?

Yeah, I'm not a fan of splicing OEM wiring unless I have to.

I'm not sure of the chime. I think you'd notice if they get left on. I've never left any of mine on but I have a habit of turning things off when I turn off the truck.

Another advantage over SwitchPro and other switches is the ability to have a monitor that looks at voltage and shuts off if the start battery gets to low (whatever voltage you set it to).
