Won't let me from the door, the fob, nor the app. It gets hot in Phoenix and sometimes you just want to leave it running when you're out and about. Am I missing something?

I believe it's nothing new. Same on my 2020 Tacoma.

Kinda frustrating. If you go grocery shopping, and then the lady suddenly decides she needs to stop at two other places, I now have to carry our cold items inside everywhere else we go... I say this bc it's exactly what's happening to me right now

Fair enough but you brought up Remote Start and I just couldn't help myself and was making fun of it. But we're not talking about how Toyota's remote start operates ;)

Fairly sure you can change the settings so it will unlock everything versus 1 door

You can leave the fob in the truck and take the physical key and use that to lock the vehicle while it’s still running

That's actually a doable suggestion. Wouldn't it make it so anyone who touches the handle would unlock it by proxy?

    Fudge man,
I’d say if leaving the new Pro Tundy running on nice hot PHX day while you and wife are shopping is important, just leave the key in it and carry on. Then you can simply get a new one when it’s stolen.

Random off topic question, has anyone had experience installing an antenna of some sorts to extend the range of the key fob. Tired of shoving the fob up my nose to get a couple extra feet and didn't want to start an entire new thread if it's already been discussed.
