How would these compare to the eventual bilsteins or fox shocks that will come out? I know Elka is more common on utvs and quads

I would say they are better to Bilsteins and the Fox's I don't have a frame of reference for. I will say since this is a Canadian company I am hoping that they stand up to the snow and mud better than their competitors. Plus their customer service is very responsive and friendly.

Do the feel “soft”? I’ve heard that from some Elka owners.

I have not experienced that and I have the 2.5 DC reservoirs as well. I think we have mine dialed in quiet nicely.

The product info says these are factory set to lift the front 1.5". Can they be set to stock ride height? If so, how does that affect the ride?

If you’re talking about Elka. They build to order and can set the height to what you want, I had mine set 2.75” above stock.

Oh man they proud of them aren't they. Those are expensive I would hope they are as good as the pricetag. Bang for your buck for a typically huge improvement over stock without breaking the bank I'll wait till Bilstein releases 5160's for the rear and 6112's for the fronts. On my last truck it was about $1100 ($400 rear for shocks on sale with reservoir and $700 for the fronts which was quite the beefy upgrade up front) included some pics when I installed them on my 2018 silverado. Absolutely loved that set up.
