    They tried to tell me the options too and they said "well normally its $120.00, but because you have been so patient we'll split that at $60.00 to get it". Curious if they told you the same. Funny thing too I asked them for a tracking number so I could know when to expect them after agreeing the the extra $60.00 and I got the tracking number about 2 hours after it had been delivered already. Wife works from home so no biggie there but man they are slow to respond. I got a lady named Leticia or something like that and she sounded like she was from Alabama and had some sass but in a good southern way. I emailed them that it was embarrassing how bad the parts were damaged and I wouldn't order from them again if they paid me and she called me directly after that and was actually pretty easy to work with...I think the key was not to get pissy and keep it light hearted and she gave me what I asked for to "make it right"
