Drain and filled 5 qts in my 2016 sr5. Was acting like it was slipping when shifting up from 4 to 5, more so when it was cold. Did fine on the test drive around the block and a HD run today. I’ll keep an eye on it

You wouldn’t think so, I’ve got 68k miles on my originals and haven’t had to add any fluid yet. I would do a thorough brake system inspection to look for worn pads, rotors, and any leaks.

Waiting on insurance to get back to me about the mild rear bumper cover scrape. Shop told me they are 7-8 weeks out as far as parts go. I could order a painted bumper cap from Sparks in that time frame and keep driving it. So I’m leaning toward cashing out if Nationwide gives me that option. It would certainly be in their best interest in doing so—I’m sure they don’t want to pay for my rental for that entire time.
Finally washed it after the inspection. Hard to see any damage at all in this pic:

Took it skiing! I’m enjoying the bed divider I added. While I have a roof rack I don’t like climbing up to get stuff out of the box or the rack. This solution was cheap and because of the boards on the back side it keeps skis from rubbing each other while leaving plenty of room for boot backs and such right at the tailgate. Still need to paint / stain / seal before too long. 27AB59A0-A4F5-45DA-A6A5-30D9F2A2C0C1.jpg

Sanded and cleared the shift surround again. Went back to matte clear, as the satin finish was getting scratched easily. IMG_7861.jpgIMG_7866.jpg

Then sanded down the front bumper, primed the bare metal areas with self etching primer, and repainted with Rustoleum Professional Black. Raptor liner to go on this week, wind permitting.
    IMG_7856.jpg

Finally used this combo, Turtle Wax Ice Seal and Shine, then Turtle Wax Ice Spray Wax. Always leaves an awesome finish.

Does the mounting affect the effectiveness of the radar detector? I thought I read in the manual that it's supposed to be mounted just above the hood to be most effective. Does it differ between makes/models?

I couldn't wait so last night around 9pm once the kids were well asleep (and my wife was gone at a concert), I got my butt up and installed the RetraxOne XR, and my Front Runner bars.

I went w/ the RetraxOne vs the Pro since I didn't want metal and it was $600+ cheaper. I hope I don't regret my decision.

Came together well. I think I need to adjust the tracks a little (within 1/8" between the 3 measurements). Another complaint- the Toyota Deck Rail cleats - They just don't do it for me. I think I'll be replacing them with some d-rings and t-slot nuts.

Don't mind my neighbors messy tree crap.

Does anyone know of a set of racks like this to be used with the OE tonneau cover with the gutters?

By gutters, do you mean the t-slot tracks? If yes, then you can use Yakima, Thule, Front Runner etc. that have feet. Many people use Yakima Overhaul HD rack w/ a foot kit for a Retrax.

No. The OE cover uses a gutter system to drain water. You have to lower the track on brackets to make room for them.

If this is the style of OE cover, then no, there are no t-slot options. You might be able to use something like Billie Bars brackets that sit under the tonneau
