I ordered a set of AR header's from Prospeed, I asked them to put a bung in for me.

Double-check with ProSpeed on the bung placement, they had trouble tuning mine with the bung in the collector. To remedy the issue, they welded bungs on a primary on each header to tune with. Currently, my AFR sensors are plugged into the primary tubes. My O2 sensors are still in the stock-ish location.

The wideband is much more sensitive than the OE primaries...if you line them up, it's best to have your wideband up front as PS did and the primary behind...all good things!

Something interesting is the Doug Thorley Long Tube headers I had on the Tacoma came with two options on the driver's side for the O2 sensor. One in the factory-ish location connected to one of the header tubes, and a second further down after where all the header tubes merged. They said that was the preferred location, and they sold an O2 extension cable for it to reach there. Also provided a cap to plug up whichever hole you didn't use

I meant in a header primary tube, as opposed to the collector...PS added bungs directly to cylinder 5 and 6 instead of using the bungs that ARH put in the collector. The O2 sensor bungs are in the mid-pipes, same location as stock, the bung in the header collector is plugged for now.

On LTH Moving the (secondary?) O2 sensors seems to be one of the contributing factors triggering CELs amongst those that keep their cats. ECU seems sensitive to this feedback loop but it can be reset to relearn the new timing.

Yesterday, the hose feeding fuel sprung a leak. I replaced it with different 100lb injector hose I had bought before the pump R&R that did not arrive in time and now I'm seeing 7.9-8.3 @ wot.

What do I need to do?

I would say contact your tuner for a follow-up tune to adjust the fueling, that's super rich. Was the leak in the tank again, or where?

It was between the feed on the passenger side & the FPR, a pinhole that happened while I was looking at it luckily.

Also, I sent Xact an email :D

The solution is clear. You need a 520LPH pump.

Which headers did you order? I blew my drivers side cat last year just like yours. I ordered the stainless works headers and they came in less than a week! I was very happy with the quality of the headers as well.

You need Dual pumps and 1/2" feed or you'll blow the welds on the intake!!!

Considering I'm running at 44lbs, and can get to 60 (as far as I have gone on the DW300) I doubt I need any more pump. (I DO NOT WANT TO DROP THE TANK AGAIN)!!!!!

Nah, you're good to go with your setup, and I don't blame you on the tank dropping...although I've got it down to about 20 minutes and can have it on the ground. I'm giving Toyotas a bad name on my block with as much as mine has been up on jack stands lately...

I finally broke ground on my gauge project this weekend, just need to run a dozen more wires and then I can put my dash together and terminate everything and test to see what I screwed up...

I tried those on mine with the high flow cats. Even with the smallest diameter hole i still got the dreaded P0420/430. Im still trying to come up with a solution.

I found a few companies that have the AR long tubes without cats in the mid pipe.
