Just picked this truck up a couple weeks back and I have a noise coming from the rear drivers side door. Anybody else ever had this and know what the issue/fix is?

    Thanks

    Too many, but not enough....
Can you describe it a little more? Could be a window rattle or a loose piece of trim or a broken tab that fell in the door if someone messed with the door at some point.

It sounds like the check strap. I would remove the inner door panel card, and look. You don't want something loose on the inside of the check strap mount being loose- you could bend or wreck it.

It’s a clunk only in one spot in the opening and closing process, it’s like it catches in that one spot. No rattles or sounds while driving

Check the pin connecting the door check to the mounting backet on the b pillar. They can develop play and make that cracking noise as you pass over the detents in the door check.

I had this on the same door. One side of this needed tightened.

pretty sure it was the two nuts on the door side. I threw some blue loctite on when retightening.

This is most likely it. I had to tighten a bolt on my front passenger door when i first got the truck. Ill chalk it up to covid in the manufacturing process.
