    That is where I have our realtor capped off at. Trust me, there are .5 acre lots in Colorado Springs for way more, which I find just crazy to pay that much.

    Hell, if it were me, and I had choices on places to go, Idaho bound would be I.

    I just had a guy tell me recently that you have to have 30+ acres I'm Colorado to hunt legally on your own land. Not sure if that's true, but it would be something to check into before pulling the trigger. That could vary by county.
