Sounds good. Where did you get the OEM caps from? I could use a spare set.

SWEET! I see on the Dongar adapter guide it says that it is not compatible if you have safety sense features. Have you experienced any issues?

Love the work, this is the exact reason why I can't justify the Switch Pros...If they had a 4 switch option I'm all in, but I don't see myself filling up the additional 4 blanks. *Le sigh.

    Newly, this one:
3CH Cloud Dashcams - BlackVue Dash Cameras

I've really wanted one with storage remote to the cameras, so I can lock it in my console safe, or mount it behind the back seat. What good is a dash cam for car theft (or tracking some idiot service guy or valet) if someone can just take the memory card... This one is the first I've seen with that feature.

I believe the Dongar guide is referring to plugging the adapter into the safety sensor connector versus the harness connected to the mirror. You have to have a auto dimming mirror and a mirror with the garage opener buttons for it work.

On their site, Dongar lists a few different connector setups for Toyota/Lexus...which one is used by our trucks? I have a Garmin Mini 2 as well, and would like to order a connector, but not sure which one I need. Also, did the short USB come with it?

    Thanks!

The one for ours was a 12 pin and was the same as Tacoma. The website listing and the box is marked for a Tacoma. The adapter came with two short USB cables. However I ordered my own that had a 90 degree connector on the end so to plugged in more flush to the camera.

It would be good to get perfect confirmation. The verbiage on the Dongar site might mean 'don't plug it in to the TSS, plug it into the mirror'; or it might mean 'it doesn't work on TSS equipped trucks'. Looking at my truck, unless you take the cover off the TSS unit, there's not really another plug available; so I'm leaning toward the former, and it'll be fine. I have a note to them on their web site to get confirmation (and I invited them to join the forum, if they're not here already).

Yes, Thule Tepui Antuna 3. The annex would look better/be a little more useful if I had it mounted 10 inches or so higher but the tradeoff would be gas mileage and not being able to clear a 7 ft garage door. My SO and I did overnight in the tent with a starting temp of 48°F and the morning was 38°F. We had two sleeping bags opened and laid on the mattress for a little extra padding. One two person sleeping bag and we were warm enough. She didnt like the mattress so I need to find some kind of memory foam topper for it.

Didn't end up using the awning at all just because we were splitting the campsite with another person and there wasnt enough room.

    It was a fun trip.
