Put black covers on my door and tailgate handles. MUCH better than chrome but I think I’ll redo with glossier black rather than matte.

 

Nice. Yeah it's a bummer you couldn't get the interior white cream with the platinum. The platinum outside trim is way cooler than my 1794, but I really wanted the 1794 interior.

 

Yeah, I appreciate the simplicity of manufacturing for Toyota, but I want a few more options. As I told Toyota in a customer survey yesterday, any Trd off-road package should not have chrome and should not have 20 inch wheels. Because I gotta pay money to “Fix” those things and that’s silly.

The ProPlatinum finally got the grill surround color matched/wrapped and pro grill on, afe intake, Next up is kings and Magnaflow exhaust

 

looks good. Is that an OEM grille or aftermarket? and which light bar did you put in there with it?

 

How is the afe intake?

 

Fresh oil change and installed a fumoto drain valve, taco tunes fuse panel/breaker holder

 

@chance12 It is the Rave grill and light. I didn't need much out of this light as I am going to put a bumper on it with a 40" bar soon

 

@Zizyang little bit more turbo sound. Other then that nothing much of a difference. Looks cool and sounds cool

 

Thanks. Yeah I was wondering about it as other than the filter itself letting a little more air in, the temp of the air will be the same since it's pulling from the same hole as the stock box.

 

Question. I just installed my retraxpro xr yesterday. Just curious, how smooth does yours roll in and out of the canister? I see videos that make it seem like it’s smooth like butter and mine takes real effort to operate

The only reason I didn't do the OR package was cause I couldn't have the electronic steps.

Polished the windshield to remove dealer installed water spots. High cut product, soft pad and high speed drill.

 

mine is pretty smooth. If it’s fully closed and I push button to unlock it slides down about 1/4 way if I don’t touch it. Then just push it with little effort back. I’d check your measurements again and make sure the 3 points are within 1/16”
