That's what I set my FPR to before the tuner made me turn it down to 43.5psi atmospheric, then hook it back up to boost referenced. On Five-o 750s

Tuner needs to gear lock third and fourth in HPT. I believe OTT does this when they Dyno tune to prevent downshifting

PS has mine locked out in 3rd and 4th as well. He tossed me a final tune with them unlocked.. but it's time to make more power when the Kooks and Borla goods get here :benchpress:

If that means the most standard option with the cheapest selection in every drop down it comes out to $6,200 for 800hp capable then that’s not terrible, in Toyota world anyway.

Agree that is pretty good insurance. Probably about as high as the stock trans can handle without being built by IPT or Level 10.

Ahh. Thank you for clarifying the mystery. The hub dyno is the delta. I wonder how they are supporting 620. The highest unmodded engines I've seen getting close to those numbers have used E85.

Yeah, I didn't realize there was such a difference. I made 510 on a roller Dyno and was disappointed until I found out how they get those numbers.

Friction losses probably vary to a great degree with all the different tires folks are running too. Your truck is still putting up great numbers.

Numbers are so all over the map. All I care about is the dragy’s but haven’t seen much of that action lately. :bored:

The Tundra driveline losses I have seen are about 21-23% so 510 on a roller is likely 650-660 crank which is impressive. Seeing a dragy 0-60 and 1/4 would be sweet for this setup.

Yes, and 305/22 wheels and tires don't help. Lol.

A before and after dyno with a run on the stock Whipple pulley would be a sweet comparison, before you pulley down. I know that’s also not the most cost effective tuning wise lol.

In other news I just compared more closely the Harrop provided FPR and the OEM one that was removed from the truck and they’re identical as far as I can tell. They are both Denso FPRs with the same part number that matches the non FFV FPR part number, and the Harrop provided one has no physical distortion or difference. I don’t get it.

non FFV part number is 23280-38091 (what mine are)

    FFV part number is. 23280-38041.

Yup, I have priced it out a few ways with a stroker motor and trans with a bigger blower, it's about 46k for parts alone. I may pull my engine this winter and send it out. I have a disease, even though I would probably never use it, I want to know I have more HP than most trucks on the road. The only thing I would get from having a 6.8 Stroker 1k HP Tundra is a thumbs up, but just knowing what it is may be enough for me. Lol.

I have the same disease, I also have a wife that would kill me if she knew 1/4 of what I have spent on mods (not just this truck) let alone 60k on a drivetrain.

I'm 90% content at 537/574 & just in my short drive yesterday proved it's too fast already. :p

I saved a log, based on my remedial reading, it looks like I'm running AFRs @10-11 @ wot & about 60% injector duty cycle, that's ok right (assuming I read it right)

Sounds like an incredible build. Are you sticking with a supercharger to hit 1K HP?
