Time to start my own build threat, here goes!......

Just the way she sat when I brought her home from the dealership.

First thing that was in order was a lift. (3/1)

Followed by some 295/65/20 Nitto Trail grapplers. (CL find, picked up the set of four used for only for a month for $600)

Then of course I love a clean and simple look so I had to completely debadge her.

I wanted a pre runner style front bumper, again, clean and simple is what I like. Went with the NFAB front replacement bumper. (This was a facebook group find and I picked it up for $700 including the lights.)

    tundra 11.jpg

    Wheel spacers installed!!

Among the things I've listed above I also had 35% tint installed on the front windows and 18% tint in the back of the truck.

Sorry to confuse, It wasn't a group buy. I found it for sale on a facebook group. I bought it used(lights included). As for future plans: TRD grill, weather techs front and back, in channel window rain guards, 1.25" wheel spacers, audio upgrades, and some day upgrading from a spacer lift to coilovers and lift leafs.

Thank you gentlemen! Now I need to plastidip the rear or something. I've almost gotten rid of all the chrome. All that's left is grill which will be taken care of by the TRD grill and the rear bumper. Still deciding on what i'm gonna do out back.

Don't mind all the bugs, I drove from San Antonio, T.X. to Corpus Christi, T.X. and back last night to pick this up. lol First thing I did when I woke up this morning was went out and put the bumper on.

Spidertrax 1.25" Wheel spacer/adapters ordered today!! $198 for the set of 4 from their discount page (cosmetically blemished). I can't wait to be able to turn full lock again without rubbing sway bar.

The TTORA guys are mostly hardcore off Roaders in toyota buggys, or heavily modified or beat up Toyota pickups or first gen tacomas.

It seems the Texas boys will have to come up with something better. I was born in Corpus Christi Tejas at least a hundred years ago it seems. heh heh. I need to see you and Sean tomorrow and tell you about the Ranch Hand TruckFitter store in Colo Springs. Very cool place. Nice folks. Maybe dicusss group buy potential?? Shane is the current manager. Brought up from Shiner TX to manage the store> Great guy.

TOR is already an organization actually,

    Mission statement:

"Texas Toyota Off-Roaders began as a group of Toyota off-road enthusiasts. One day we focused on a vision to give back to our fighting men and women that have come back injured. One of the board members broke a bone and came to realize how blessed we are to be able to enjoy the outdoors. Some of our wounded heroes can’t maintain their homes. Our goal is to assist wounded heroes with their homes.

Quarterly we will round up a number of our members and pick a house that needs some TLC. We will perform light duties that would otherwise be impossible to an injured hero.

All Toyota Off-Roaders (Wheelers) are welcome... IE. FJ's, 4Runners, Tacoma's and Tundra's... Other wheelers are also welcome to join us on trail runs...."

Wheel spacers came in! One of the four spacers is missing a stud so spidertrax is getting a new one in the mail first thing tomorrow. I went ahead and installed ones on the front just so I can regain my full turning radius. first post updated

Did you have to use wheel spacers to make the 295/65r20 fit?

How hard was the nfab bumper install? Any special tips or tricks? I just ordered one and it should be here next week.
